The Masterclass (CAL 2)
Michael K Sahota’s CAL 2 is a continuation and extension of CAL-E & CAL-O. It is a deep dive into the concepts of the CAL-E & CAL-O (formerly CAL1) that includes practical role-playing experiences and advanced personal growth skills. It also covers additional material that builds from your prior CAL training around organizational evolution and high performance. It consists of a 3 day online training/workshop followed by a 4-month integration program.
Online Training / Workshop
This is an intense 3 days of deep exploration into leadership, organizational growth and the connection of culture to high performance organizations. During this experience, participants will undergo a process of letting go of existing behaviours that block their abilities to be an effective leader; they will explore models of culture and receive a strategic/tactical playbook to guide the next steps on their journey of creating high performance organizations.

CAL2 Program Timeline
Integration Program: Peer Review Sessions
(after the online course)
In groups of 4-6 people, participants will continue as a peer-group to integrate and deepen the learning as they are put in practice. Participants will document their application of course learning and get peer feedback and review on their analysis.
This work and participation in these sessions is mandatory for certification.
Integration Program: Large Group Review
The whole class will have a half-day online meeting to review and integrate learning. Each participant will make a short presentation to the group – it can be from an existing topic already shared in small group or any topic related to the course.
Duration: 4 months (3 days of training followed by approx. 1 day/month)
Certification Requirements
Certification will be granted to participants who:
Are present and participating during the three days of online training.
Prepare for and participate in peer-review sessions.
Pass peer and instructor assessment on the final 1/2 day review meeting.
You are welcome to attend the training to get the knowledge without going through the certification process.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I took CAL-E & CAL-O from another instructor?
Each CAL is as unique as the instructor. Michael Sahota provides a unique CAL experience where people learn his Playbook for High Performance Organizations ™ . As a result all CAL2 participants must have completed Michael K Sahota’s CAL-E & CAL-O (or CAL1). If you have already taken a CAL-E & CAL-O (or CAL1) with another instructor, we would be happy to offer you a heavily discounted seat to reflect your commitment to learning and growth.
What if I cannot participate in the Peer Review sessions?
To get certified you must fully participate in the peer review sessions. This is a time where you will learn from your peers, share experiences and network. Certification of CAL 2 through the Scrum Alliance will depend on full participation, and positive peer review. Please allow for a 4 month process for the complete CAL 2.
You are welcome to attend the training to get the knowledge without going through the peer certification process. Course fee is the same.
What comes after CAL 2?
We all understand that leadership is a lifelong commitment, where growth happens over time and experience. We at Agilitrix are excited to announce the next step in your leadership path. What to Expect from Your Residential Training Experience
This is the only residential CAL2 that we will offer in 2024.
You will get an extra boost to your evolutionary journey by sharing meals and accommodation with like-minded participants and trainers at the Evolve2B retreat centre.
We will also offer evening events to get much more than just a normal CAL2. It’s a sneak peak into the Academy of Evolutionary Leadership.
May 21 is arrival day.
May 26 is departure day.
