MICHAEL SAHOTA

Michael K Sahota, CEC, is a Thought Leader, Author and Speaker in the Agile Industry. Michael is the co-founder and CEO of SHIFT314 Inc. He has developed a unique IP to unlock success with Agile, Digital, Lean, and other new ways of working.

Michael is professionally trained as an Engineer, has published papers on Artificial Intelligence, and M.Sc. in Computer Science. He has always been curious about how to make things work and has shifted this focus over his career from computers and software systems to people and organizational systems. Michael’s relentless quest took him to India to study consciousness from enlightened masters and his work reflects the deep integration of Eastern wisdom traditions into practical business guidance.

Michael’s life’s work is a system to enable evolutionary capabilities in people and organizations to create high performance through Business Agility. As a thought leader in the Agile Industry he published the ground-breaking book An Agile Adoption and Transformation Survival Guide: Working with Organizational Culture. In 2018, he published Emotional Science: The Key to High Performance. Michael is working on his upcoming book on Evolutionary Change. His vision is to support the development of evolutionary capabilities in people and organizations to create change and impact on a global scale.

AUDREE SAHOTA

Audree Tara Sahota, B.Msc, Chief Metaphysics Officer and co-founder of SHIFT314 Inc. She has mastery over many practices and techniques for rapidly shifting consciousness. Since 1994 she has held advanced professional certifications in energetic healing, meditation and yoga, including 5 years as the lead Energetic Healer on the medical team of WomanCare Inc (Chicago area). Audree holds professional designations from: University of Metaphysics (B.Msc), Brennan Healing Science, EnergyTouch Practitioner, Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master/Teacher, Theta Healer, OT Advanced Coaching, Enwaken Coaching & Leadership, Breatharian Pranic Healer and Oneness University Advance Trainer, India

Audree is the lead trainer and curriculum developer for SHIFT314’s deeper leadership offerings. She has developed a unique integration of human psychology, disease, consciousness and mindset allowing her to evolve people through the toughest, most subtle life-long blocks and obstacles. In 2008, Audree created Evolutionary Energetics, a technology for rapidly shifting consciousness.

Audree has been a radio host, with her acclaimed “Grounding Meditations for the Shift in Consciousness”. In 2014, published “The Authorities, Evolution of Consciousness of the Entrepreneur”, 2018, she published “Emotional Science: The Key to High Performance,” 2019 “The Truth of the Naked Soul” and soon to be published children’s book “The Fairy Princess, A love Story.”

ABBEY BISHOP

Chief Operations Officer

Abbey shapes and oversees the daily operations and ongoing logistics for the organization. She is responsible for SHIFT314’s service and support in all markets and countries worldwide. This allows her the opportunity to build and enhance connections with partners, clients, consultants and students.

Her passion has always been connectivity and communication, which began nearly two decades ago when she became the Executive Director of Events for published author and business consultant Tom Peters.  In the nearly 10 years of working with Tom, Abbey worked daily and directly with the Washington Speakers Bureau to help coordinate over 500 events worldwide. (Ask her about the speaking event in Siberia). Working with Tom while he wrote and publicized Re-Imagine! Business Excellence in a Disruptive Age and The Little BIG Things, not to mention the honor of helping to coordinate the 25th Anniversary launch of In Search of Excellence with co-author Bob Waterman. Giving her the opportunity to manage all press and high level interviews, helping to fuel her fondness for communications and public relations. 

Abbey is also a Certified Crisis Counselor, and recipient of the prestigious Dr. Mary E Walker Award, by the United States Army Forces Command. She received this award for demonstrating dedicated and exemplary volunteerism, that improved the quality of life for soldiers and their families. Abbey got her B.A. from Pennsylvania State University, and has also been acknowledged in two NY Times Best Selling books.

RON LAUDADIO

Leadership Performance & Executive Consultant, Conscious Agile Thought Leader, and Organizational Transformer.

Ron’s 23 years of experience as a leader who inspires innovation allow for him to look in depth at organizations, to see a holistic view of their current state and has allowed for him to guide many on the journey to a state of high performance.

Ron has 18 years of consulting experience with C-level executives. In his role as CTO at IBM he led the architecture of 6 major global projects as an executive consultant for $1.5 billion of business. There he built an Agile practice of 127 consultants across North America, who supported and introduced Agile in 180 different companies. Later, at CGI, Ron led a Canada wide Agile team of consultants and advisors for the successful adoption of Agile practices.

In 2002, Ron began his journey as a leader of Agile transformation and Agile thought while working as Chief Architect of Technology at IBM. From 2004 to 2005, Ron brought Agile to IBM’s Toronto Centre for innovation for 400 working professionals. In 2006, working for Ganz, the creators of Webkinz, Ron grew the organization from 16 to 500 people, and he successfully guided their transformation from a traditional IT environment to a high-performance Agile one, allowing for new ideas to be experienced by the end-user within hours. In 2010 Ron returned to IBM, this time as Chief Technology Officer and later as North American Agile Leader.

MICHAEL DE LA MAZA

Michael de la Maza is a Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC). His major agile engagements have been with PayPal, Symantec, edX, Carbonite, and State Street. Previously, he was VP of Corporate Strategy at Softricity (acquired by Microsoft in 2006) and co-founder of Inquira (acquired by Oracle in 2011).

He is the co-editor of Agile Coaching: Wisdom from Practitioners and co-author of Professional Scrum with TFS 2010 and Why Agile Works: The Values Behind The Results. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from MIT.

ANGELA AGRESTO

Angela Agresto is an authentic and influential change leader; passionate about coaching and mentoring others to find greatness in themselves. Her experiences as a change agent demonstrates how leadership, mentorship, influence, and motivation naturally creates continuous personal and professional improvement, achieving high levels of performance and quality.

Angela has the ability to adapt to any environment, or organization, understand its challenges, and deliver value. She is an entrepreneur at heart, she owned and operated her own company for more than 10 years, founded the FM Agile User Group, and is currently publishing her first book.

Marc has 34 years of technical, project management, facilitation, training, and leadership experience spanning multiple sectors in various locations across the globe. From military service in the UK and Europe, investment banking in Asia, construction in the Middle East, to consulting and facilitation roles in Australia.

Marc uses visual facilitation and storytelling as an enabler for in-depth learning and communication. He is one of only thirty bikablo® Certified Global Trainers. Marc loves drawing and has had a number of his illustrations published in Agile and Leadership whitepapers.

He is a keen adventurer, free diver, and sailor who has circumnavigated the globe in the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race.
Marc lives in Sydney with his partner Renee and two Hungarian Vizsla’s called Izzy and Floyd; he also owns a classic wooden boat in Tasmania called Jacaranda – aka “The Mistress.”
