After 10 years of working as an energetic healer, including 5 years on a medical team, Audree realized that there was a problem. The disease was caused by the environment people lived in and without changing their beliefs and the way they lived, the disease would re-appear. Everyone worked at a job, so the quickest way to shift humanity’s health was to work with executives of organizations since they are the only ones able to improve what people experience on a daily basis. But how?

After 15 years of working with technology, delivering software projects, evolving teams and organizations through a people-centric project management approach called Agile, Michael realized there was a problem. There was no way to create a successful Agile Transformation without a shift in the culture, and ultimately the leadership of the organization. Michael identified the only way he could help leaders evolve is if he evolved first. His quest for learning took him to India to shift his  own consciousness. It was there that he met Audree, and they discovered they have the same passion to change the world.
