The Academy Prequel is a series of 10 sessions. Beginning Thursday, March 3rd, these sessions are 2 hours, every 2 weeks, always on a Thursday at 3:00 pm EST. This is a five-month course built to accelerate your leadership evolution, with tools, models, maps, and principles for sustainable success within any organizational system. All based on the SHIFT314 SELF Framework, Leading Beyond Change, and our secret sauce of shifting consciousness.

In this course, you will receive the foundational tools and techniques, with time for application and integration

The Academy Prequel is designed to prepare you, should you choose to advance your practice, for The Academy of Leadership Mastery Episodes 1-5 (our residential program).  However, there is no obligation to extend your training past the prequel.
